ZYM ENDURANCE SINGLES

..zym, zym...gets the thumbs up from me!  We took it to Morocco and I used all mine.  I am not a massive fan of sports drinks as they get really sticky and don't taste all that great.  I thought that Zym tasted good enough to want to drink it and it wasn't sweet.  I like the tablet form (although they do break in the tube and a bit tricky to get out) as it is easy to carry a lot of it (perfect for touring and endurance cycling) and it dissolves well with no gritty bits at the bottom.  The down side is the lack of calories which apart from the salts and minerals is the other reason why I use isotonic drinks as they are easy to reach and consume source of calories.  I prefer to eat anyway and definitely would sacrifice liquid calories for non sticky hands and bike any day!!
